 My flowers are already dry. Can you preserve them?  

 Yes! I still can preserve them 

 How far in advance do I need to book?  

  The sooner the better! To allow prep and making of your custom order.

 What should I do with my flowers until I ship them to you?

  Keep flowers in a vase of water, please do not freeze them nor put them in the fridge. Keep them as fresh as possible.  

 Shipping from a different state?  

 If you are not local, you can ship your flowers at your own expense to me. I will send detailed shipping instructions, so your flowers remain in the best condition possible until they are preserved.  

 How soon after the event do you need the flowers?  

  For best results, fresh flowers should be sent to me as soon as possible. If out of town I recommend an overnight or two-day shipping. Shipping cost is not included!

 How long does the process take?  

 Once I receive your flowers, turnaround time is 6-8 weeks (sometimes sooner) 

 All laser engraving / Resin orders?  

 Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks  

 Care instructions?  

 Never use a scrub to wash, always a soft cloth. To prevent scratches
